Day 1: Nairobi/Mara
Nairobi/Mara – This itinerary fits adventures, whereby you leave Nairobi in the morning via the popular Great Rift Valley. On the way have a stop over at the breathtaking Rift Valley view point and take some nice photos. You arrive at the famous Masai Mara game reserve that is regarded as the ”7th wonder of the world’ in the late afternoon and check in your hotel. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/ camp.
Day 2 Masai Mara
Spend the whole day in the slopes of the magical Masai Mara in search of the famous big five. You witness much wildlife such as the elaphants, buffaloes, lions, giraffes and antelopes. There are also some common species of birds found in Masaai Mara as; fishing eagles, guinea fowls, ostriches among others. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/ camp.
Day 3 Mara/Nakuru
After breakfast departs for Lake Nakuru National Park in the iconic Great Rift valley. On the way can have a good view of Mt Longonot that has a crater at the top. You have a memorable boat ride and a bush walk in the only cresent island of Lake Naivasha where you can see many species of birds, plains mammals and hippos. Ariving in Nakuru in the late afternoon and have enough time to check in your hotel. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.
Day 4 Nakuru
After breakfast spend a whole day in this popular lake knowns as best birds paradise and sanctuary on planet earth. You have a chance to witness the pink flamingoes as well as rhinos, hippos and buffaloes. Both lake Naivasha and Nakuru are unique UN world heritage sites. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/ camp.
Day 5 Nakuru/Lake Bogoria
Early in the morning after breakfast proceeds to Lake Bogoria arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon proceed to see the amazing hot springs and geysers, Also in the lake are many birds species. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/ camp.
Day 6: Bogoria/Samburu
Early in the morning depart for Samburu National Park past the slopes of the Aberdare ranges and on the way pass the popular EQUATOR which is an imaginary line that divides the world in two. Arrive Samburu late in the afternoon and have time to check in your hotel. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/ camp.
Day 7 Samburu
Spend the whole day game drives in the popular Samburu National Park which is commonly known for the big elephants,gravy zebras, baisy olyx, lions, cheetahs and Somali ostrich. Also found are rare birds such as sun birds, eagles, guinea fowl, horn bills, secretary birds and eagles. Dnner and overnight at the lodge/ camp.
Day 8 Samburu /Nairobi
After breakfast depart for Nairobi as you have on the way a view of the beautiful sceneries of Mt Kenya, Aberdare ranges, coffee and pineapple plantations. Arriving Nairobi late in the afternoon. Drop-off at your city hotel or at the airport.
